i will not accept payments until i'm ready to begin on your piece, so please contact me first on Discord @ .bugs_ first to make your request and get your slot on the commissions list.
by paying, you agree to the all terms listed.

rights

i have the rights ; to refuse a commission, request details/references, correct any minor mistakes free of charge.
none of my art pieces are to be modified or used for or in ml/ai/nfts. my art is not to be claimed as your own.
you have the rights ; to print digital pieces for personal use only, use as icons and anything else with credit, any version of the final piece (e.g. transparent bg, lineart, etc.).

editing

amount of editing ; 2 during the sketching process and 1 during the coloring process. feedback and questions are highly encouraged.
afterwards, there will be no more editing unless they are mistakes on my part or minor details. any big amount of changes will need a price negotiation.

extra

refunds ; 100% before sketch, 50% after you approved the sketch, 25% during rendering, N/A after commission is finished.
do not remove watermarks/signatures. watermarks/signatures will be made on low-opacity wips in order to prevent theft.
first come, first serve. if you wish to be a higher priority on the commission list, price negotiations will be made.
